I Am A Psychologist. I Have A Patient Who Claims

I am a psychologist. I have a patient who claims she had been having orgasms as early as she can remember. I find this hard to believe because the sex hormones do not develop until puberty. But I do believe she can masturbate and become engorged perhaps without organism. I was thinking that as she got older she simply filled in with what she learned later in life and she revised her early memory. How do I find out if kids can orgasm? I need to be better informed.
