I am a retired surgeon post op surgery - pancreatectomy and on gemcctibine for ca of pancreas. Had nausea,vomiting and severe fatigue but worst is yet to come. Had a + margin at pancreas resection, and would like your opinion on medical marijuana for palliation when all else fails. Thanks, William p. Jordan md.
