I Am A Type 2 Diabetic And I Am Currently

I am a type 2 diabetic and I am currently on insulin injections of Humalog 75/25 twice a day, Gabapentin 100 MG once a day, and Atorvastatin once a day. My left leg, foot and ankle is constantly swollen and I was told it was some sort of edema. I elevate my legs daily but it does not help. I have developed a cough and chest pains that occur daily. I cannot wear any shoes or walk for long distances without feeling tightness in my ankle and food and loss of breath and my heart flutters. I hardly sleep and my vision is always blurred. I am 63 year of age and it seems as though nothing is helping.
