I Am A Woman, Age 57. I Have Had Episodic

I am a woman, age 57. I have had episodic throbbing pain in my lower spine for several years. The pain comes on after I have been walking quickly then sit down. It is getting worse with time. It used to happen just once every several months or so. Now it happens weekly or more often. The throbbing is so intense I feel like I can't breathe. Yesterday when it happened the pain/throbbing was from my lower spine up to my right ear and in my right chest. It only lasts about 30 seconds but it is severe and frightening.
