I am a woman and have had a pain in my right lower abdomen for 15 days. It is like a squeezing pain followed and randomly throughout day I get sharp stabbing pains as well. Bled vaginally for first 9 days which did not coincide with monthly period. Tiny cyst was found on ovary during ultrasound but dr said too small to be causing pain. CT scans of pelvis and abdomen are normal. Why am I in intense pain! I can't work or sit properly and have to have a heating pad on it at all times
