I Am Age 52 And Have Seasonal Allergies And Take

I am age 52 and have seasonal allergies and take no medications. Recently I have had light headedness when waking and laying down to sleep or at the gym when I am laying down to do lifting. Allergy meds and Sudafed has helped, but I still get dizzy after eating and was light headed when walking last night. I drink a lot of water as I have been trying to stay hydrated and get more fit. I was recently at the doctor, my BP is good as is my pulse. She thought it was my ears. Is there any cause for concern?
