I Am Allergic To Seafood...iodine In Shellfish But Also Allergic

I am allergic to seafood...iodine in shellfish but also allergic to tuna. Chickens are given oyster shells for calcium to make egg shells harder. Does the allergen transfer into the eggs or do the chickens process it so the eggs are safe to eat? I have had no problems with commercial eggs but we recently got chickens and are told they need oyster shells for calcium. Are they safe for me to eat?
