Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am almost 40 weeks pregnant and have just now started doing research... I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma and my doctor said that he knows nothing about pregnancy and cancer. My spleen was infected with cancer cells and it has been hurting on and off through my whole pregnancy. I also have a hormonal imbalance, and my doctor has not been running test or doing anything else that my research has indicated that he should... I am starting to worry because I am not dilating and am in a whole lot of pain, and nothing is being done about this. I am wondering what I should do? Is it too late to switch doctors? Is there anything that I need to tell my doctor we should be doing or test that should be ran that he might now know about? I have really started freaking out here lately and am looking for answers because I know that I can not get any answers from my OB/GYN.
