I Am Almost Four Week Post Op From An Abdominal

I am almost four week post op from an abdominal wall reconstruction. About 5 days ago I noticed a huge lump (bigger then my 10cm Hernia) come up with a lot of pain. It’s very hard can not be pushed in even if I could handle the pain it is also bruised over the entire area. Is this a normal effect from the surgery? Should I go to the Er?
