I Am An 18 Year Old Female And I Have

I am an 18 year old female and I have been having a tingling feeling in my hands, it's almost like an itch and also feels like needles constantly sticking me. It feels like my hands and wrists are burning on the inside (If that makes any sense). In addition to that I have been itching all over my body constantly. I keep getting rashes and some swelling alround my wrists and hands. I also have sharp pains in my legs and feet. Can anyone tell me if this is something I should be worried about?
