I Am An 81 Year Old Female And I Was

I am an 81 year old female and I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and was on cymbalta 60 mg until when my Psychiatrist said to stop it abruptly yesterday since it raises my glucose and can cause Diabetes. My mouth is dry and I've been running a temp of 2 degrees above normal. I ache all over and void every half hour.
I am on diet only for the diabetes. I feel lousy all over. Vision ok. No appetite and food tastes like cardboard.
Can you help me?
