I Am And Have Been Having Constant Pain In My

I am and have been having constant pain in my shoulder to my elbow for a week now. when i turn my head to the right i get some relief when i press on my shoulder muscles i get some relief/ ttthe opposite happens on the right side. the pain is constant 5 days now. i've used heating pad. 1600 mgs of ibuprofen and yesterday took 30 mg of morphine sulfate...some relief but not much and pain still there. please help
