I Am Asking This For A Friend. He Is 46

I am asking this for a friend. he is 46 years old. He has a history of heart problems including 3 heart attacks. His heart has been beating approximately 5 times then stop for about 2 seconds then resume beating. It has done this repeatedly for the last 8 hours. His pulse rate is 60, he says he has no pain but is weak and pale and has a slight fever. He has been laying down all day. Any advice and information is greatly appreciated, thank you.
