I Am Being Treated For An Left Ovarian Endometrioma (3.0cm*2.1cm)

I am being treated for an left ovarian endometrioma (3.0cm*2.1cm) . My Gyn advised 2 DINOFIRST tablets every day for 2months . My periods has been disturbed while I m in this treatment. Before this treatment my periods were regular. But now for last 2 months I am getting only spots during my date days and not getting periods.when asked my Gyn she advised to take DUPHASTON tables twice for 5 days. After the course I got my periods. But this month I ve got spotting n I m worried if I ve to take tablets for getting my period. I ve many doubts about DINOFIRST tablet. Is it safe? If it's given to treat ovarian endometrioma then why my periods are disturbed? It is supposed to dissolve the cyst right . How does this tablet work? Could you please suggest me dr? I m really worried. I m 32 years and trying for a baby.
