I Am Bipin Khadka From Nepal Now I Am In

I am bipin khadka from nepal now i am in dubai my question is i am 20 years old now i have pimples black spots on my face and i have tried many products but noone of them are are working. Can my face will be clear like before .do u have any solutions.and if pimples came in my face what should i have to do..because when i try to touch its lefts dark spots so my face looks not good now i dont have any idea what to do?
