I am 16 and I started my period about a week early I am bleeding dark red almost black blood is this normal ?

Sometimes this can happen when you drinkl less of fluids and there is some dperivation in your body. Even I had few of them like this. Once I started having a  good diet and drinking good amount of fluids, I was fine with the periods again.
