I Am Concerned About Too Much Antibiotics For Recurrent Bladder

I am concerned about too much antibiotics for recurrent bladder infections which are always confirmed by a lab test and corrected with antibiotics but usually within 6 to 8 weeks it comes back. I take a b12 shot once a month and need vitD 2 50,000 units twice weekly. The infections have been a problem for about 15yrs. I also have high ldl & BP. Is there any way to battle the uti's without so much antibiotics? I'm concerned when I really get ill in older age that I will be resistant to them. thank you for whatever advice you can give me
