I Am Currently On 12 Dpo.my Doctor Gave Me Duphaston

I am currently on 12 dpo.my doctor gave me duphaston for 12 days after ovulation for implantation.i had brownish discharge from 7dpo to 11dpo, cramps on left side of uterus since 6dpo and my temperature was 99.3F on 11 dpi.very less brownish discharge which was only seen on toilet paper.i checked today (12dpo) and it shows not pregnant.today is the last when I will be taking Duphaston.please tell me what are the chances that I am pregnant and how many days after the implantation bleeding can I check for pregnancy.
