I Am Currently On Metformin , Topamax, Naproxen Sodium, Lisinopril,atorvastatin,levothyroxin,famotidine,buproprion

I am currently on metformin , topamax, Naproxen sodium, lisinopril,atorvastatin,levothyroxin,famotidine,buproprion (450mg),aripiprazole,lexapro,am lodi pine.
Obviously I am a diabetic and have some mental health issues, I also have high blood pressure and chronic pain... I am also fat, however have lost 45lbs in the last 3 mo. Or so.
Lately my blood pressure has been high in the 170/105 range.... since I am on 2 medications to control it should I 1)be worried and 2) could this be my pain that my doctors still refuse to control ?
