I Am Diabetic And I Have Pain Right Under My

I am diabetic and I have pain right under my left rib. I also have pain on my left side & back inline with the pain under my left rib.
It is a very dull pain. The pain does not bother me but I now it is there.
I also feel pins & needles on my back sometime
