I Am Diagnosed With PCOD. How Long Does It Take To Cure?

Hi, I am 25 yrs old.. height 5.2 and weight 57.3. recently got to know that I have PCOD. Doctor prescibed me herface tablet as i didnt get that she told me to take Dronis 30. how long it should be taken and how long will it take to cure PCOD. Will that tablet help in reducing weight? are there any side effects? Dronis should be taken from 5th day of MC to how many days?
