I Am Diagnosed With Non Displaced TPF With 1-2 Mm

I am diagnosed with non displaced TPF with
1-2 mm of depression by ortho surgeon. The ER X-rays and CT scan reports stated there was 5 mm depression on lateral side and <4 mm in medial side. My OS said he reviewed the X-rays and that his assessment is correct not the radiologist. He put me 12 weeks NWB
with knee immobilizer. I live alone and could not manage with knee immobilizer. I have been firmly wrapping the knee joint with 2 inch
ACE bandage use walker and mobility scooter
To get around my house. I have put light weight on it especially when transferring from bed to scooter or up from toilet. Am I further damaging the knee? Just had follow up last week which was week 6 NWB. OS said looks good still 1-2 mm depression from new X-ray
I go back in 4 weeks.
