I Am Experiencing A Lot Of Symptoms, Is This Diabetes Or What, Please Advise Me

Very recently I am experiencing a lot of ' lightheadedness , a whirling momentary sensation in my head, excessive nocturnal thirst,needing at least 500-700ml water at night and nocturnal urination a few times at night - what is this ? My thoughts are blood glucose ? I am 49, I exercise regularly (swimming)

nothing to worry , just get ur fasting(FBS) and postprandial(PPBS) blood suger get done . that will give us a confirmation of diabetes whether u have it or not. get back to me with ur reports if possible .
