I Am Experiencing Increased Stiffness In Both Feet. Feels As

I am experiencing increased stiffness in both feet. Feels as if skin is too tight for feet and the muscles and tendons continue to be more tight and painful as if the will not stretch. Both feet have remained swollen for several years since doctor switched me from hyzaar which I had taken for years with no swelling to Losartan. Feet immediately became swollen and have remained so. No amount of diuretic helps. The feeling s in my feet are constant walking or setting. The only thing that gives me any relief seems to be Aspercreme for short periods of time. I have had both Doppler and another test of blood pressure in feet and legs and toes and they were ok. My doctor says she thinks it might be from nerve pressure or peripheral damage but does not know and does nothing to help find or alleviate the problem which is getting worse all the time and now seems to be going up my legs. The problem interferes with everything I do as well as keeps me awake at night. I have Parkinson's disease as well as many other things affecting my lungs and heart among other things. I am 71 and for several years was disabled and unable to work and now retired. Most recently it was discovered I have pulmonary hypertension and had pulmonary embolisms in my lungs with all things that go along with that.
