I Am Experiencing Peripheral Neuropathy, Or At Least I Think

I am experiencing peripheral neuropathy, or at least I think I am. My toes feel like they are surrounded by cotton. I went to the doctor and he had me have blood tests and ruled out diabetes. He asked me to cut my anti-cholesterol medication in half. I've stopped it and still have those symptoms. Lately, my fingers and forearms have some tingling sensations like they are falling asleep. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis.
