I DID TAKE A TEST TODAY AND IT CAME BACK NEGATIVE SO WHAT DO I DO KNOW CAN I STILL BE PREGNANT EVEN IF THE TEST CAME BACK NEGATIVE?
The test should have been positive by now if you had been pregnant.False negative tests are rare but possible.You can wait some time and repeat the test or take a blood test.If thats negative i think you should do an ultrasound.

If you had sex on 15th jan then its too early to tell if you are pregnant from that time.You will have to wait at least another week or two to take the test.Only if you had been ovulating between jan 13-16 is there a possibility of pregnancy.Since your periods are irregular its not possible to say if you were ovulating or not.
