I am giving my scan report on kidney stone..... bothe kidneys are normal in size, and echotexture with normal corticomedullary differentiation. 3-4 renel calculi on both side <5mm , No hydronephrosis noted 7mm VUJ calculus on left . 3.5mm cms cyst in left kindny.
Is surgery/operation is necessary in this case or medicine can cure this...
the present condition is a burning feeling while urination- no stomock pain or vomitting
please advice
