I am going in day 6 of being late with my period. I had a small amount of brown discharge this morning but has stopped. I have a pain in my lower back and lower abdomen mostly in my right side. All my HPTs have been negative and took a blood test Wednesday that was negative. I was due Monday. I've had other symptoms too for the past few weeks such as bloat that I'm still experiencing, cramping, Lower back pain, soreness on sides of breasts and nipples, and frequent urination. What could be going on?
