I am having a progressive shaking and sudden loss of muscle strength causing me to fall down. My handwriting is cramped a jerky because my hands tremble and even using my phone to text or comment on Facebook is difficult because my fingers do a sort of double tap and cause the same letter to be repeated misspelling the word.. I am having trouble swallowing my pills, I walk with a shuffle and can't walk without someone to hold on to. My gait has slowed markedly. I think I could have some sort of palsy but don't know enough about it to be sure. Please help me.
