I Am Having Horrible Stomach Pain On My Left Side

I am having horrible stomach pain on my left side that moves to the center to my back, numbness in my right arm, itchy, some chest pain, nausea and headache with dizziness and horrible hot flashes, both of my legs are hurting badly. I do have sle, fibromialgia, copd, Ashma and and possibly leukemia.
Is this something that I should worry about ?
