I am having issues like dizziness, feeling faint/weak and confusion. (Also decreased appetite Therefore i have lost over 25 pounds since October) There are times when driving or riding I have no clue where I am or how to get home. Problem is no health coverage for a few more months. Confirmed diagnoses are u stable diabetes (3 months ago ABC was 12.6) but since I can lonely get a ensure or 2 down per day,my sugar is staying in the 120 ' s and I no longer take the 1000mg metformin twice daily or the shots. (50 units Lantus bedtime OR 15 OF Novolog before meals) I have CHF, Diabetes,High BP normally but this week top number is under 100 or close while bottom is normal. My pulse jumps from like low sixties to 120. Last week BP averaged 190/115 pulse 80 ' s if I'm still for any length of time. I have pituitary adenoma size 8. Hypothyroid but right now I don't think they are working much at all. I'm supposed to be on 21 medications but I only have like 5. I haven't taken my nitro that I do have cause I don't know how to tell when to takeit.
