I Am Having Issues With My Ears. My Ears Constantly

I am having issues with my ears. My ears constantly feel like they need to pop or equalize pressure. I can always hear an echoing sound while I talk. This issue has been going on for years. Some days are worse than others. M
y next issue has occurred 3-5 times in the past month... Also, recently my right ear has felt quite a bit of sudden pressure as if it is closing off to sound and then immediately I hear a buzzing noise of a low-key sound that lasts about 6-8 seconds. I feel a slight head-rush, but nothing major... what kind of doctor should I visit for this, or are these things common.
