I Am Having Issues With My Feet, They Feel Swollen

I am having issues with my feet, they feel swollen and numb, but they are not swollen. There is no discoloration, no chest pains, no light headedness, no dizziness, no shortness of breath and no unusual pain, aches anywhere else. This usually happens mainly while I am sitting down or laying down on the couch and goes aways when I stretch my toes out and/or walk. I play basketball 2 times a week, take vitamins b12, c, e, potassium, garlic and fish oil usually on a daily basis. I have looked these symptoms up, but nothing matches completely with what is on WebMD.com.
