I Am Having Numbness And Tingling In My Hands, Feet

I am having numbness and tingling in my hands, feet and face on both sides I also have cysts behind both of my knees though the left is far more prominent that the right. I also have stiff neck(limited range of motion) along with morning stiffness. I have been to my doctor who says I have bunions and carpal tunnel despite the fact that i told her I had neck pain and stiffness she never even examined my neck. She referred me to a pediatrist for the bunion but let me no guidance in regards to the tingling and numbness additionally on Friday I lost partial use of my left hand it did return on Saturday and has not been as bad as it was Friday. Do you think I should seek another healthcare provider's opinion or change primary care doctors?
