I am having pain at my upper left back, it was on the right this morning but it is gone now and only on the left. It came all of a sudden. I have had a cold for the past 2 weeks that is gone. This pain started all of a sudden this morning after some stress. I have degenerative disc disease, sciatica joint dysfunction and I have been told I have some scar tissue at the base of my neck between my shoulder blade. I am able to take a deep breath, but it becomes painful when I take the deepest breath possible. No problem breathing deeply or breathing.
