I Am Having Pain In My Tongue (one Side) That

I am having pain in my tongue (one side) that feels like it is coming from the underside of the tongue. I also have difficulty swallowing, This condition is intermittent, and has been going on for about 6 months. Other symptoms which are persistent are loss of balance, dizziness, and hot flashes. I have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy secondary to arsenic poison about 12 years ago. Any ideas? Thanks.
