I am having small black growths on my face around the eyes and it is multiplying as time goes on. What can be the cause of this? What is the solution to this? Although I have been using betnovate n cream for about 13 years now. Each time I tried to stop it, my face will lose its smotheness so I will fall back using it. Now my face had developed small black growths which i hate so much . Pls what can I do.
