Hi, I am having some skin problem. I got around 10 to 15 small pimple like things over body. I am having lot of itching. Please let me know the treatment

Itching pimple like lesions is suggestive of some allergic reaction.
Try to find out the allergen .start anti allergic drugs like levocetrizine and other local treatment under your physician's guidance.
