I Am Having Some Continued Discomfort In The Upper Right

I am having some continued discomfort in the upper right quadrant (pancreas area), and occasional back pain, but no other typical symptoms of pancreas related disorders, and no pain when pressing on the area, just constant discomfort. No jaundice, nausea, light colored stools, weight loss. I am anxious about this because I have had a semi-clogged bile duct in the past and ERG after which I got acute pancreatitis. Any ideas?? Thank-you
