I Am In Late 60's, Diabetic, Low Sugar Episodes Several

I am in late 60's, diabetic, low sugar episodes several times per wk, heavy sweater, pacemaker. After starting insulin in my 50's, I began getting large raised growths on my back and under both breasts. I had one very large growth under breast removed in md's office, but now have so many on my back, along with blackheads, moles and possible warts, that I can't get them all cut off. I live alone, so need something I can do by myself. Is there anything out there for me? My late brother (also diabetic, dialysis amputee patient) developed ____phalaxsis(?), excrutiating pain, no cure, and chose to die in hospital after diagnosis. Is what I have a forerunner of his condition? Can you provide the full medical name of mine and his condition? Is there a medicine for me?
