I am issues with the muscles and nerves in my back.....this started 20+years ago but the last 5 have been really bad and the last 2 years the worst days of my life. I have muscles spasms 24/7...anything that I do with my right arm causes me to have spasms and terrible pain. I am seeing a Spine and Pain Dr now.....have had Nerve Ablation 3 times 2 in the lower right side and 1 in the top right. I still have the same problem in my top right side. Muscle relaxers do not help and neither does pain meds. I have used a TENS unit forever and that is the only relief and ice packs seem to be the only relief that I get. I am scheduled to have steroid injections into the muscles in the right side on Wednesday. Please please tell me that you have a suggestion for m
