I Am Looking For Answers Regarding Possible Autoimmune Disorder. I

I am looking for answers regarding possible autoimmune disorder. I have seen 2 different rheumatologists in the past year (6 months apart) due to ongoing symptoms of extreme fatigue, low grade fever, infections, chronic neck and shoulder pain, inflammation around my eyes, and sinsus, history of anemia, headaches and migraines, and Raynauds. I have yet to receive a conclusive diagnosis. My first lab results indicated positive ANA and RF, but all other tests were normal. I just got my lab results back from the second rheumatologist, and now I have a positive CRP (32.2, normal range 0-5), but all the other tests were normal. Both doctors have told me that I am not meeting criteria for anything. So I am still left with no answers. I have been sick for the past 2 years and feel miserable. I also have a family history of autoimmune disease (i.e grandmother has RA). Any suggetions on where to go from here? Can I still have an autoimmune disorder such as Lupus if some of my labs are coming back negative?
