I Am New At This And Have No Insurance At

I am new at this and have no insurance at this time so thought I would try this, first of all thank you for your time. My concern/question is, I have a mole on my back and I had it looked at by my dr about 4-5 years ago and she said it was of no concern. However since then it started drying out and get very crusty. Then most of it would come off but still leave red spot then form again. it has done this about 3 times and it seems to get larger each time. Should I be concerned? I do remember my dr telling me that it can be removed if it started to bother me but again I cant do nothing at this time with no insurance.
