I Am On Morphine Sulfate 30 Mg 2X's Day And

I am on Morphine Sulfate 30 mg 2X's day and I take Tramadol 50 HCL 1 or 2 pills every six hrs. I am on vacation in Florida from PA and I have ran out of the Morphine and I'm in terrible pain. Can I take more Tramadol to help me thru this? I have 3 days left in Florida. Can you give me so Idea of what I can do?
