I Am On A Variety Of Meds Including Verapamil 180,

I am on a variety of meds including Verapamil 180, Lisiniprol 20 mg 2 x a day and recently added Chlorthalidone 25 mg (prescribed by my nephrologist to be taken with my morning Lisiniprol).
My blood pressure yesterday was 133/77 with BPM 112. Today it was 137/88 BPM 120. I did forget to take my blood pressure meds this morning until right before I took my measurements. I was stressed about something personal when I took my measurements today and I am recovering from a cold (on antibiotics). I have been diagnosed with CKD after 2 kidney failures in 2013.
