I am on accutane and my doctor just called me to tell me my monthly blood work shows I have elevated liver enzymes. I have been having body aches so I took 1000 mg of acetemenophin 3 and 4 days before my blood work and 500 mg 2 days before. Could the acetemenophin cause the elevated enzymes? Or could it be the accutane? This is the end of the second month of taking the accutane and I had no issues the first month. Started on 30 mg last month and 40 mg this month
