I am on birth control that contains norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol. I am supposed to be taking the "reminder" or sugar pills starting Sunday (yesterday) morning to get my period. Because of an event this weekend, I didn't want to have my period so I skipped the sugar pills and started taking the pills from my next packet. Last night around 7, I got a headache (which I typically don't get) I took some advil and it pretty much went away. I woke up in the middle up the night with another very irritating headache. It has continued into this morning. Are these symptoms from not taking the sugar pills? Will it be ok if I continue with this packet?
