I am on day 40 of my cycle and still no period. For the past 6 days I have been spotting 1-2 times a day and it is brown blood some times with red blood, and very little pink at times as well. I am sexually active and have not used any type of birth control with my husband. I have not taken a test but I am curious to know why I am spotting for so long. Iv heard implantation bleeding isn't red and doesn't last this long. Could this mean pregnancy or is it possible it could be something much more serious?
