I Am On Day Four Taking Clarithromycin For A Sinus

I am on day four taking clarithromycin for a sinus infection. As of today I have developed a rash mostly on my arms and upper body. I have used Benadryl cream on the rash and wonder if taking Benadryl tablets would be a good ting to do until morning when I can contact my physician?
