I am on hydralazine for a leaking aorta valve It makes me very tired I am very active in my work and at home babysitting grandkids and gardening. I want to know what are my risks I have heard many not so great things regarding this medication on prolonged use I will have to be on this forever or until I have a valve replacement which I do not want heart surgery if I can help it im a 60 yr old women
